When Spring comes to the Rhine valley it is time for Neuwied to celebrate the beginning of the gardening season and outdoor living with its annual garden market. Luisenplatz, the town’s main square and shopping area is transformed into a garden lover’s paradise. During the „Kulturraum Garten“ weekend native and exotic plants, as well as garden accessories, are available to buy in an outdoor area of over 12,000 square metres. More than 120 companies and nurseries offer their wares, so you are sure to discover that something special you are looking for – from rare tomato plants to exotic ornamental trees. Oh, and there is Sunday shopping in Neuwied, too!
